Our friend Erik F was nice enough to catch some footage of a show we played with The Choking Beaver Project at their Den a few weeks ago. It was a great night, fun had by all, videos are sweet AND the sound aint' to shabby either. Plus there's points where you can tell Erik was getting tired of holding the camera to his eye in the packed living room standing on a shitty chair so he starts doing candid portraits of people in the audience, its funny. Also, tonight (Saturday Feb. 12th) there is an all ages show- Coughing Fit (from ALBANY!!!), Deviant Loners, Trinity Park Radio, and Withered Remains at the new venue under Olive Ridley's (30 Marion st.) at 8:00, for $5. Check it out. THEN, tomorrow (sunday the 13th) at the ROTA gallery there is a Breaker (Providence RI hardcore/punk), Tranquilizer Full of (Plattsburgh power violence), and Doom Fuck (orchestrated doom symphonies) show at 7:00. Throw some donations (3-5$) for the gallery and for the breaker from RI. No drugs, no alcohol, all music. Check that out too. Opening event at ROTA last weekend was awesome. We were able to raise a ton of money for the space, the gallery was full of various mediums of great art. Overall, a successful opening, thanks to everyone who helped out.
