FIrst, check out this video put out by NOWNESS (an awesome independent film and photography site). It's a candid shot taken of Kate Moss doing her thing in between sets on a couch. Oh yeah, she's also being wrapped up and eaten by some black goo, and she doesn't even know it. I can't make this shit up.... The idea and candid shot came from Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, with the creepy goo animation done by Joe Ratcliffe. Also, its paired up with the dreary last song off of Antony and the Johnsons 2009 album "The Crying Light". Which you should also check out. The short gets it's name, "everglade" from the Antony and the Johnsons song. Watch it, it's fun. Afterwards check out NOWNESS in general... cool site. Well we've still been going down there and sweeping and mopping up asbestos in the basement, but it's really getting there. The opening of the gallery is set for Friday the 4th and we are playing with TBA others. Also, there will be new art on the walls. Be there.
